Invoice Maker

About Us

Invoice Maker is built by Vidus6, a small independent mobile app studio founded in 2024. We make focused tools for people who run their own work.

Who we are

Vidus6 is an independent app studio based in Turkey. We build and maintain our own apps rather than take client work, which means the roadmap answers to the people using the app and nobody else. Invoice Maker started from a simple observation: most billing software is priced and shaped for companies with a bookkeeper, while the people who most need to get paid on time are freelancers, contractors and one-person businesses invoicing from a job site or a kitchen table. We built the app we wanted them to have — one that opens, produces a professional document, and gets out of the way.

How we handle your data

Your invoices, estimates, clients and expenses live on your device. There is no account to create and no sign-up wall — you can install the app and send an invoice without giving us an email address. Cloud backup is optional and encrypted; if you turn it off, nothing leaves your phone. We do not sell data, and we do not share your client list or your revenue figures with anyone. The website uses privacy-respecting analytics that you can decline, and the full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

About Invoice Maker

Invoice Maker creates invoices, estimates, quotes and receipts as polished PDFs you can send over email or any messaging app. It ships five templates with colour options, saved clients and reusable line items, multi-currency billing with tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive configuration, partial and full payment tracking against outstanding balances, an expense tracker across 29 categories, and a dashboard covering revenue, payments and cash flow. Biometric lock and blur-on-minimize keep the numbers private on a shared screen. It is free to download; an optional Premium upgrade unlocks reports, cloud sync and the advanced security features.

How we write this site

The guides on our blog are written and reviewed by our own team, and we update or remove a page when it stops being accurate rather than leaving it up for the traffic. Invoice Maker is a billing tool, not an accountant: anything we publish about taxes, deductions or invoicing law is general information, it varies by country, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction. Where a rule differs by region, we say so instead of writing as if one country's rules were universal. If you find something wrong on this site, tell us and we will fix it.
